I am a wife and mother of 4 beautiful children. My passion for birthwork and beyond started when I was pregnant with my first and has since exploded into something undeniable. I had my first in my early 20s and admittedly, didn’t know what to expect about pregnancy, birth, labour or postpartum. Fast forward a year and a half, I had my second little girl with some knowledge behind me but in hindsight, that was the bare minimum of education. Once I became pregnant with my twin boys, that’s when I really dove into the physiology of birth and postpartum. The ins and the outs of how beautiful and empowering it is while simultaneously being the hardest and most exhausting feat. My passion just continued to grow beyond my twin birth and postpartum. I’ve always naturally helped friends and family around me through their journey to motherhood so it just felt right to pursue this adventure!
Beyond working to become a doula, I previously studied and graduated from Niagara College as an Occupational and Physiotherapist Assistant. This background allows me to help even further with support during pregnancy, birth & delivery as well as postpartum healing with respect to the pelvic floor.
As a dedicated doula, I believe every birth is unique and deserves personalized support. My mission is to empower parents throughout their entire journey, providing emotional and physical assistance. With extensive training and a compassionate approach, I help
create a positive and informed birthing experience.
