Postpartum
Support

A postpartum doula can be an invaluable resource following childbirth, providing essential support and expertise when it's needed most.

My goal is to ease the transition into parenthood by offering personalized guidance on newborn care, infant feeding, and postpartum recovery to ensure that both mother and baby receive the best possible care.

I offer emotional support to assist parents in navigating the joys and challenges of the fourth trimester, reducing stress and promoting positive mental health.

In addition, Roots to Wings helps with simple household tasks, allowing new parents to focus on rest and bonding with their baby and family unit.

First Week

$380

3 visits (4hrs each)

The first week home with a newborn is often challenging due to sleep deprivation, the physical recovery from childbirth, and the adjustment to baby's feeding and sleeping schedule. New parents may feel overwhelmed by the constant demands of their infant and the need to balance self-care with baby care. The emotional highs and lows, combined with the learning curve of the new responsibilities, can make this initial period both exhausting and stressful. A postpartum doula can significantly ease the first week home with a newborn, offering a more positive transition into parenthood.
